Project Status & Phase Map

As of 3/11/2026:

Phase 1 update – Stucco repairs, Painting and Balcony inspections/repairs in progress. Anticipated duration of 2-3 weeks.

Phase 2 update – Balcony inspections/repairs to begin Thursday, 3/12/2026. Stucco repairs & Painting to follow. Anticipated duration of 3-6 weeks.

Phase 3 update – Balcony inspections coming soon.

NOTE: Residents, it is very important to have your balconies completely clear for painting, stucco repairs, and balcony inspections/repairs. The removal of floor coverings is especially important as we are testing for slope issues, ponding and drainage issues. Thanks for your cooperation.

All Buildings – External Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing and AC work will be taking place throughout the project duration.
